RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from VerVefyTM Online you may return the product in its original condition to us within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Sales merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Only items purchased from VerVefyTM Online may be accepted for returns or exchanges. Items purchased from VerVefyTM Online cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell VerVefy products.
  • Products returned or exchanged must be in their original, unopened and unused condition. This includes original packaging and plastic seal. The original invoice and or packing slip must be provided with any return. 
  • To return or exchange a product, email Support@VerVefy.com to arrange for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers allow us to track returns and without an RMA number we cannot track that we have received a return from you and this can delay refunds and exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you receive damaged merchandise (See Damaged Items).
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at time of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your return.
  • Please allow two (2) billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Please do not mail packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
  • To prepare your return package, please write your RMA number on the original invoice and or packing slip. If making an exchange please write instructions on the original invoice and or packing slip the item(s) you would like to exchange. If there is a difference in cost with the exchange one of our team members may reach out to you for further information.

Your return or exchange once processed, will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1.833.837.8339 M-F 8 AM - 5 PM PST or by email at Support@VerVefy.com.
Damaged items reported more than fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt will not be replaced. 

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
